Easy working?

Most of us spend a considerable percentage of our working life in offices. While offices with small rooms for a few staff or for the lucky few your own office, are no longer the standard in the west, that is different in countries in Asia or the subcontinent. The open-plan office is detested by many and sharing offices is becoming more popular.
So what do you see? And what sort of office environment do you prefer to work in? A traditional office perhaps? Something that looks like Starbucks or something else completely?
