We all use furniture day in day out but not often do we give it a lot of thought. Just like with many objects in our lives, furniture needs to combine form and function. For us function always comes first; a chair needs to be comfortable, stable and sturdy. That’s non-negotiable. But that doesn’t mean furniture should be ugly or that it’s design can be ignored.
